The company is a private industrial enterprise, which is mainly involved in the manufacturing and marketing of steel tubes, which are used for water, sewage, petroleum and gas, and infrastructure. It was incorporated in October 2002 and has a registered head office and manufacturing facilities in El Papiol, Spain. The majority of the company's production is carried out in its factory, where there is a computerized system for quality control. Its products include steel tubes for machinery and construction structuring, as well as steel tubes for piping, agricultural gardening, electrical wiring, and related products. The company mainly trades its core produce, which is done locally, to institutional clients, and local and governmental authorities. Further, the company operates as part of the Grupo Imextal, a leading provider of stainless steel such as coils, strips, sheets, plates and tubes.
